Yes, you can return your order within 4 weeks for a credit or a refund providing it is still in its original packaging. Please note for any biodegradable products, we will not accept anything that has started the degrading process.
Any orders that the customer wishes to return after 4 weeks will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee and will need to arrange the return of the product themselves.
We do not accept return of custom orders or any products that have been manufactured or ordered especially for a job or project.
Yes, you can collect from our South Island branch in 491 Waterloo Road, Islington, Christchurch or from our North Island branch in 126 Captain Springs Road, Onehunga, Auckland. We also have a office location only in Kamo, Whangarei.
If you wish to cancel or change your online order, feel free to email us within 12 hours of placing your order. If beyond that, please call us just in case we need to stop your shipment. If you have received your order and wish to return it, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking or return freight fee.
We ship nationwide! We also ship to Stewart Island, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island. If you wish to send internationally or to Australia, we can ship to a shipping company for you to organise the freight from there. We can ship to the Chatham Islands but this will incur the full charge.

Yes, we do charge for any items that are heavy, bulky or long because of the larger costs incurred by our freight partner. If you wish to avoid these costs you can collect from one of our depots or arrange your own freight.
