Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Advance Landscape Systems Limited, trading in connection with the Archipello. range, of 491 Waterloo Road Christchurch 8042, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

Eligible customers may receive 20% off the standard retail price of eligible Archipello. garden edging products when they use the promotional code HOMESHOW26 in accordance with these terms.
The promotion begins at 10:00am on Thursday 10th September and ends at 11:59 pm on 31 October 2026.
Orders placed after the closing time will not qualify for the promotional discount.
All dates and times are New Zealand time.
The promotion is available to customers purchasing eligible Archipello. garden edging products from Advance Landscape Systems during the Promotion Period.
The promotional price is 20% off the standard retail price.
Trade customers: The promotional discount is 20% off the standard retail price. This discount replaces any existing trade discount for eligible promotional purchases and is not applied in addition to trade pricing. Discounts are not cumulative and cannot be combined with any other discount, contract price, negotiated price or promotional offer unless otherwise agreed in writing by Advance Landscape Systems.
The promotional discount applies to standard Archipello. garden edging products identified by Advance Landscape Systems as participating products during the Promotion Period.

The discount applies only to the eligible product price and does not reduce any applicable freight, handling or service charges.
To receive the promotional discount, the customer must quote or enter the promotional code HOMESHOW26 when placing their order.
The promotional code may be redeemed:
The customer is responsible for providing the promotional code before the order is confirmed.
The discount cannot be retrospectively applied after an order has been completed, invoiced or paid unless the Promoter agrees otherwise.
To qualify for the offer, the eligible order must be confirmed by Advance Landscape Systems no later than 11:59 pm on 31 October 2026.
A deposit of at least 50% must be received by 31 October 2026, with the balance payable in accordance with the order confirmation.
No minimum purchase
There is no minimum purchase quantity or order value required to redeem the promotional discount.
There is no maximum eligible order quantity, subject to product availability.
The promotional code may be used on multiple qualifying orders during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of qualifying orders a customer may place during the Promotion Period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with:
Where more than one discount or pricing arrangement could apply, the customer may select the eligible offer they wish to use, but discounts will not be combined.
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars.
Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated (refer to ‘Show prices incl GST’ toggle position on website product page).
The promotional discount will be calculated against the normal selling price applicable to the eligible product at the time the qualifying order is placed.
The promotion does not entitle a customer to a discount from a price that has been artificially increased for the purpose of the promotion.
Any quotation issued before the Promotion Period will remain subject to its original terms unless Advance Landscape Systems agrees to replace it with a qualifying promotional quotation.
A quotation requested during the Promotion Period does not, by itself, secure the promotional discount.
To qualify, the quotation must be accepted and the resulting order must meet the requirements in these terms before the promotion closes.
Quotes issued close to the closing date remain subject to the same 30 September 2026 deadline unless Advance Landscape Systems confirms otherwise in writing.
All orders are subject to product availability.
A product does not need to be physically delivered before 30 September 2026 provided the qualifying order has been confirmed in accordance with these terms.
Where an eligible product is temporarily unavailable, Advance Landscape Systems may accept a qualifying backorder at its discretion.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations remain subject to Advance Landscape Systems’ standard terms of trade and applicable New Zealand consumer law.
If a customer cancels or returns part of an order and the remaining order would no longer have qualified for the promotion, Advance Landscape Systems may recalculate the amount payable based on the products ultimately retained.
The promotional discount has no cash value and will not be refunded separately.
Where a refund is due, it will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned eligible product.
The promotional code has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold.
The Promoter may refuse a code that has been altered, duplicated fraudulently or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
The Promoter may publish the code through the Auckland Home Show, Archipello. marketing channels, Advance Landscape Systems communications or other authorised promotional material.
Personal information provided in connection with an enquiry or order will be collected and used by Advance Landscape Systems for purposes including:
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Advance Landscape Systems’ privacy policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
Customers may contact sales@advancelandscape.co.nz to request access to or correction of personal information held about them.
Redeeming the promotion does not require a customer to consent to receiving ongoing marketing communications.
Where a customer separately elects to receive Archipello. or Advance Landscape Systems marketing communications, they may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe function provided or by contacting Advance Landscape Systems.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect eligibility for the promotional discount.
The Promoter may decline or cancel a promotional discount where it reasonably believes:
Nothing in this clause limits a customer’s rights under applicable New Zealand law.
The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
Where reasonably practicable, any material change will be communicated through the channels used to advertise the promotion.
The Promoter will not retrospectively remove a valid promotional discount from an eligible order already accepted in accordance with these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, customers retain their rights under that Act.
The promotion and all advertising associated with it are also subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
