Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Advance Landscape Systems Limited, supplier of the Archipello. range in New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on Tuesday, 8th September and closes at 11:59 pm on 30 September 2026.

All times are New Zealand time.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Advance Landscape Systems Limited, Archipello., and any agency directly involved in administering or promoting the competition are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is required to enter.

4. How to Enter

To submit a valid entry during the Competition Period, an eligible entrant must:

1. Follow @archipello.nz on Instagram or @archipello. on Facebook, whichever social media platform they are entering through.
2. Post an original photograph of their garden, courtyard or outdoor living space to their Instagram or Facebook feed.
3. Tag @archipello.nz or @archipello. in the post.
4. Include the competition hashtag #ArchipelloHomeShow.
5. Keep the competition post visible until the winner has been announced.

Entrants may enter through Instagram or Facebook.

If an entrant’s account is private, they must send @archipello.nz or @archipello. a direct message containing a screenshot of the qualifying post before the competition closes so the Promoter can verify the entry.

An entrant is responsible for ensuring their entry can be viewed and verified by the Promoter.

5. Entry Limit

Each person may submit one competition entry unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

Posting the same photograph more than once or on multiple platforms does not create additional entries.

The Promoter may exclude duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.

6. Photograph Requirements

The photograph submitted must:

• Show the entrant’s garden, courtyard or outdoor living space, or another residential outdoor space the entrant has permission to submit.
• Be an original photograph taken by the entrant or used with the photographer’s permission.
• Not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights.
• Not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate content.
• Not prominently promote unrelated commercial products or brands.
• Not contain identifiable people unless the entrant has obtained their permission for the photograph to be submitted and used in connection with the competition.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence that an entrant has the authority to submit a photograph.

7. Judging Criteria

This is a judged competition. The winner will not be selected at random.

Eligible entries will be assessed by representatives of Advance Landscape Systems against the following criteria:

Design Intention
How successfully the photograph captures the structure, form, layout or design potential of the outdoor space.

Creative Execution
How creatively the space uses, or has the potential to use, elements such as planting, level changes, geometric lines, boundaries or other landscape features.

The judges may also consider the overall visual impact and suitability of the entry in relation to the architectural and design-led character of Archipello.

The judges’ decision is final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.

8. Prize

There is one prize consisting of:

1 x Archipello. Circum planter in Corten steel, measuring approximately 1200 mm diameter x 800 mm high.

The advertised value of the prize is NZ$999 is GST inclusive.

The winner may choose either:

• Circum planter with base, or
• Circum planter without base.

The choice must be made when the prize is confirmed.

9. Prize Exclusions

The prize includes the Circum planter only.

The competition display at the Auckland Home Show may feature a Circum planter fitted with an In-Lite Ready Profile and LED lighting components.

These items are for display and promotional purposes only and are not included in the competition prize.

The prize specifically excludes:

• In-Lite Ready Profile
• LED lighting
• Drivers, cabling or other lighting components
• Plants
• Potting mix or growing media
• Installation
• Landscaping services
• Any other products, accessories or services not expressly stated as part of the prize

10. Choice of Planter With or Without Base

The winner may select either the Circum planter with base or the Circum planter without base.

If the winner elects to receive the planter without a base, the Promoter will regard the competition prize as having been redeemed in full.

The winner will not be entitled to:

• A cash payment for any difference in retail value
• Store credit
• Additional products or accessories
• Any other compensation for selecting the without-base version

The prize cannot be exchanged for another Archipello. planter model or size unless expressly agreed by the Promoter.

11. Delivery and Collection

The prize includes free standard delivery to an eligible urban New Zealand address.

For the purposes of this competition, whether an address qualifies for standard urban delivery will be determined by the Promoter and/or its freight provider.

If the winner requires delivery to a rural or other non-standard freight address, additional freight charges will apply.

The Promoter will advise the winner of any applicable rural or additional freight charge before dispatch.

Alternatively, the winner may arrange to collect the planter at no freight charge from an available Advance Landscape Systems depot, subject to prior arrangement and depot availability.

The winner is responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information.
• Ensuring suitable access for delivery.
• Any costs associated with moving the planter from the delivery point to its final location.
• Any special delivery, lifting or installation requirements.

12. Availability and Prize Fulfilment

The prize is subject to normal product availability.

If the exact prize becomes unavailable for circumstances genuinely outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may provide an alternative Archipello. product of equal or greater value, provided doing so is consistent with applicable New Zealand law.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

13. Winner Selection

Following the close of entries, all valid entries will be reviewed against the published judging criteria.

The winning entry will be selected by the Promoter’s judging panel.

The winner is expected to be selected by 2 October 2026.

14. Winner Notification and Announcement

The winner will be contacted only through the official Archipello. social media account @archipello.nz and/or @archipello. and/or using verified Advance Landscape Systems contact details.

The Promoter will never:

• Ask the winner for credit card or banking details in order to claim the prize.
• Ask the winner to pay an entry or prize-release fee.
• Direct the winner to an unrelated external registration website in order to claim the prize.

Entrants should disregard and report any account claiming to be Archipello. that does not match the official account details.

The winner will be publicly announced on 2 October 2026, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

The provisional winner must respond to the Promoter within five business days of the initial notification.

15. Verification of Winner

Before the prize is confirmed, the Promoter may request reasonable evidence of:

• The winner’s identity.
• Age.
• New Zealand residency.
• Compliance with the entry requirements.
• Ownership of or permission to use the submitted photograph.

If the provisional winner does not meet the eligibility or entry requirements, the Promoter may select the next highest-scoring eligible entry.

16. Unclaimed Prize

If the provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five business days, declines the prize or is determined to be ineligible, the Promoter may award the prize to the next highest-scoring eligible entry.

17. Sharing Competition Entries

By entering, the entrant acknowledges that Archipello. and Advance Landscape Systems may share or repost their submitted competition photograph through their social media channels for purposes connected with:

• Promoting the competition.
• Showcasing competition entries.
• Reminding audiences that the competition is open.
• Announcing finalists or the winner.

Where reasonably practicable, the entrant will be credited by their social media handle.

The entrant retains ownership of their photograph.

Any broader or ongoing use of a submitted photograph outside the competition campaign will be subject to appropriate permission from the entrant.

18. Winner Publicity

The confirmed winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their:

• First name and surname initial.
• City or region.
• Winning competition photograph.
• Social media handle.

Any additional photography, case study, interview or publicity involving the winner will be subject to separate agreement where appropriate.

19. Privacy

The Promoter may collect personal information supplied or made available by entrants in connection with administering the competition.

This information may be used to:

• Verify competition entries.
• Contact the winner.
• Administer and deliver the prize.
• Respond to entrant enquiries.
• Prevent fraudulent or invalid entries.
• Measure competition engagement and performance.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

Competition entry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive ongoing direct marketing by email or other direct communications.

Where separate marketing consent is obtained, entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

20. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

By entering, each participant releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising from or connected with the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants provide information to Advance Landscape Systems Limited, not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Entrants must comply with the applicable terms, policies and community standards of the social media platform they use to enter.

21. Invalid or Inappropriate Entries

The Promoter may exclude an entry where it reasonably considers that the entrant:

• Has not followed the entry instructions.
• Has provided false or misleading information.
• Has infringed another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Has attempted to manipulate the competition.
• Has submitted offensive or inappropriate material.
• Has otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.

22. Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the competition from proceeding as intended, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the competition to the extent reasonably necessary.

Any material change will be communicated through Archipello.’s official channels.

The Promoter will not use this provision to avoid providing a legitimately won prize where the competition can reasonably proceed.

23. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Entries that cannot be viewed because of account privacy settings where the entrant has not provided the required screenshot.
• Social media outages or technical failures.
• Incorrect contact or delivery information provided by the winner.
• Delays caused by freight providers or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
• Costs associated with rural delivery, special-access delivery, installation or positioning of the planter where these costs are excluded under these terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
