Checkout

I am being charged rural at checkout, but my address is definitely not in a rural area, how do I fix this?
  • We have a system working in behind our website with the NZPost delivery addresses on it so we don't choose what is classed as rural. You can also check your address on New Zealand Rural Address Checker or Address Finder. If your address is still not coming up rural on either of these websites, call us on 0800 600 789 and we will be happy to help.
It is saying I am earning loyalty points, what does this mean and how can I use them?
  • Yes, we like to reward our customers! Click on this page to learn about it. Loyalty Points
When I put my address in, it asks me to put my city in, but this area is greyed out, how do I fix this?
  • You will need to remove your address and start re-typing this in. When you start typing your address in again, some options should come up below. You must choose one of these options which will auto-fill your address.
When the address options come up, my address is there but in the wrong suburb!
  • Yes, this can happen but this is because we use a NZ registered address check system and certain couriers and companies assign the suburb layout differently. Although your address may be wrong, the couriers go by your street name and postcode which will fix the suburb issue.
My address isn't even coming up in the drop down options?
  • Just choose an address that is on the street or in the area and write your correct address in the notes as some new addresses may not come up. Please note if your address is rural, you may incur rural fees.
How do I know when my click and collect order will be ready?
  • You will receive an email from our team advising you when it will be ready. Our address is 491 Waterloo Road, Islington, Christchurch and collections can be made, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

Is the FlexMSE Wall environmentally friendly?
  • Yes, this is a growing wall. What about the bags though? The quick answer is that the materials used in Flex MSE do not fall into the category of microplastics and instead are reduced to a non-respirable element as they break down. The final element at the end of the life-cycle is a base element that occurs in nature which doesn't show up on a ppb reading as pollution. How do I know whether I should Hydroseed my wall or plant it out, and with what type?
