FuturFiber® Dag Wool planting bag for plant establishment.
Wool Wonton Planting Bags are specially designed to establish native plants in areas where there is little or no planting media. They are made from 50% NZ grown Hemp fibres and 50% dag wool fibres and are completely biodegradable.
For plants that are prone to transplant shock, these wonton bags are an ideal method to plant without root disturbance while naturally providing nutrients and an insulated environment. Bags are filled with soil prior to placing the plant, and then tied off with the natural hessian twine attached. This ensures plant is secure and prevents soil loss in times of inundation.
